Why the Khoury Technique Course?
What is the Khoury Technique?
The Khoury Technique, also known as Split Bone Block technique, is the most advanced technique in use today to correct bone reconstruction defects in preparation for placing dental implants.
It has become the preferred method for bone reconstruction in oral implantology due to its highly successful outcomes and ease of use. With traditional bone grafting, bone blocks, or GBR methods, the implant placement process often takes up to a year. On the other hand, with the Split Bone Block technique, implants can be placed as soon as four months after the procedure.
In the course, you will learn step by step how to harvest a bone block and design a bone graft following Prof. Fouad Khoury‘s principles.
Digital Design for Guided Bone Harvesting Protocol
Our Bone Reconstruction Course includes the Guided Bone Harvesting Protocol, an innovative method that enhances the Khoury Technique through digital preoperative planning and 3D printing. This digital workflow allows surgeons to visualize the harvesting site and design customized surgical guides.
Plan Your Surgery with Confidence
By incorporating Digital Design, this protocol ensures higher accuracy and minimizes the risk of complications by avoiding the mandibular nerve. This technique makes mandibular bone harvesting more predictable, helping surgeons improve their skills and simplify the learning curve.

What it costs
One case pays for the course
The cases you refer, postpone or turn down because there is not enough bone are the ones this course is about.
The first patient you treat yourself afterwards — one single case where you can now place the implants — covers the full cost of the three days.
